"I Don't Have to Feel This Way"

"I don't have to feel this way." Isn't that a fabulously empowering mantra?!  It gives you back your voice. It gives you back your hope. I took a ballpoint pen and wrote it down the inside of my forearm for a day.  Every time I looked at it, I could hear my inner voice saying, "Yes! That's right!"
