A Mala necklace consists of 108 beads and is used as a means of focus in mantra meditation. This mala is made with the semi-precious stones Howlite, Obsidian and Flourite. I have offered Reiki healing energy to cleanse the stones and to offer the intention of peace and balance to its owner.
The Howlite (marbled white bead) is a crown chakra stone used to promote a calming state of awareness. It is said to heighten creativity and has been used for insomnia, anxiety and stress.
The Obsidian (black bead) is a root chakra grounding stone that offers protection and dispels negativity.
The Flourite Guru bead is a spiritual stone that enhances concentration and peace.
The beads are 8mm and the entire necklace is approximately 21 1/2" long.
I can custom make your mala with personal intentions and areas of focus, as well.
