Embark on a journey where increased mobility and strength await,
where relaxation and meditation nurture and heal,
where alignment and foundation are key focuses
supporting your well being… it’s never too late to start.

                    Yoga is for everyone.

Shatter the myth that you must be flexible to do yoga.
Embrace the fact that through yoga you will increase flexibility.
Reject the notion that you must be able to duplicate all the poses.
Take advantage of the variations that are taught to accommodate all levels so you are practicing ahimsa (non-harming) in keeping your body safe.

                     Most of all, enjoy!
Embrace this "you" time and allow yourself to receive all that yoga has to offer.

gentle/restorative

A unique combination of Gentle Yoga infused with Restorative Yoga poses. Stretching and breath work are
key focuses along with guided meditation and therapeutic poses.

gentle

This is a great stretching opportunity and a fabulous way to work into the poses slowly. Breath work is a strong
element to this class. This class is gentler than a Hatha Level 1.

Inspired Vinyasa

The Vinyasa style of yoga links movement with breath. Proper alignment and breathing techniques combine
with the gentle flowing movement of Sun and Chakra Salutations to help you build strength, concentration, mobility and
balance.  This class is comparable to a Level 1 class offering more instruction into poses.  Everyone is welcome to adjust their own practice through variations that are offered. Themes and sequences are different every time!

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow approach to asana where the poses are held for a longer period of time making a deeper connection with our connective tissues, ligaments and fascia.
